Not in the DB but perhaps Bell County TX? (no Google Maps results for "Cansada Kill, nor Hill"....) Keep listening, see if you can get a more discernable address

If it was indeed "Kill" (and not "Hill"), that derives from an old Dutch word for body of water, such as a creek or stream and is a common road/place name here in parts of NY and PA.
