When you are listening to the feed on Broadcastify, there is a red "Contact Broadcaster" button there that you can use to report the problem directly to the person streaming the feed. That person who is actually providing the feed is the only one that has control over the quality of the feed.

I have been running the "Nantucket Fire" feed using the HTML5 player for the last 2+ hours without an issue. A fair amount of traffic this AM due to a brush fire; all transmissions R9; no need to restart the player.
