Trying to renew premium subscription

I click on the option to pay with credit or debit card, and it takes me to the paypal guest checkout; I put in all of the information and hit 'submit payment' - I get an error message saying that Paypal is not able to add this card at this time. I've tried with two cards, and I'm certain both are valid and working. Any suggestions? Is there any other way to pay with a card without going through paypal? Thanks

Given that this is Black Friday, PayPal may be overloaded right now. I've encountered the problem earlier on another site. Perhaps you could try again later today/tonight
