Kenwood: TS 440S/AT does this read out look right

Thinking of buying a TS-440s with AT. I looked at this photo and was wondering if the read out looked right. I had one years ago and can't remember ever getting to show this on the digital readout. Am I just getting old or does this look normal.

I have one and it certainly doesn't do that to my knowledge
perhaps someone had a "golden screwdriver" and went inside
could also be a voltage drop. But whatever it is, that display is
showing strangely for sure.

Thank you KB2IDX, I thought the 2.00 on the read out did not look right. The price is very very low, thus very hard to pass up. At this point I don't need to pay for troubles

Has yours had the dot issues that so many of these eventually get. what CW filter do you have?

i have not seen any "dot" issues, infact there are no issues except some scratches
but i don't know about the cw filter. I DO know that I got it from my friend who is
a CW freek, so it's possible. it's barely been used at all.
