Be sure you look at the MS Office document to see the freqs to be tested.

I would never advocate anyone doing this, but I admit I would be rather delighted if some radio hooligan parked nearby TSA HQ on the date & time mentioned, with a radio capable of transmitting on the freqs/NACs in question & transmitted a soliloquy about OTAR, Motorola, & government contracting.

I wonder what this means for the "Whisper" radios that they just bought recently?
