I'll be travelling to Tucson in October and I was trying to find out if they are still on their vhf system or if the new APCO25 system is up and running.

Hi,

They're still using their VHF radios. The County is supposed to come out with a county-wide system, but might as well wait for the second coming....last I heard they hadn't even decided on a radio provider for the new county-wide system
