I am not sure why, but I heard Tulsa Fire being dispatch on NE RMA J. and also on TFD-6A. Both Talk Groups had a lot of background noise.

Was it continuously, or just random. Could be a intermod problem on the ID. I have heard a lot of traffic showing up on different ID's especially on my 2067. I get a lot less of that on my BC780, but I do get some.
It was still happening today. It seem pretty constant, but since I didn't have two scanner with me. I don't know if happen at the same time. Volume on J was really low too.
From the news at 6, Fire department in training for big disaster. Probably why the simulcast on NE RAM J.

yeah that sounds right. Broken Arrow did a disaster drill a few days ago. The drill was what would have happened if a bomb had gone off. BAFD got on Fireground 7 and was requesting mutual aid from other agencies and dispatch told them they were all busy etc. Pretty interesting stuff.
