I listen to TPD Riverside Division (DEC 31024) dispatch regularly at work and haven't heard traffic on the analog side in a few days. Did they finally turn it off?

If so, what is it used for?

TCSO Officers use it for a talkaround without dispatch being able to hear them or even not being recorded. I hear it daily.
