Previous loggings have been digital. Recent activity has been an increase in the use of the Talkgroup and the activity is encrypted. The Talkgroup may be assigned to an agency.

Heard on a Pro 96 and a BC296D.

Most of the activity is between 8-10 AM, 2-4 PM. I have not heard anything on the TG at night.

It could be Telecom using it while they are working. I'll monitor further.
