I've run Tuner per Rick's instructions and it works fine to control my voice scanner.

My Tuner setting are:

Com Port: 1
Baud: 9600
Date: 8 bit
Stop: 1 bit
Parity: none
(P.S. -- The scanner is in RMT)

With these settings in Tuner I can control my voice radio. I've made it scan. I've put in specific frequencies. And I've gone from one to the other.

When I move back to UniTrunker...no dice.

My voice scanner does nothing after I put these exact same settings into UniTrunker. Any advice?

Does this have anything to do with the fact that the settings on the "Receivers" page keep returning to the defaults everytime I quit UniTrunker?

I guess I should also say that to keep things simple I have set my listen threshold to 47 and I have set ONE active talkgroup to a threshold of 40. ALL the others are at the default 50.

If I understand the program correctly, this should mean that only one talkgroup on my system should go to my voice scanner.

It's an active talk group that pops up every 30 seconds or so, so that should give me plenty to work with.

Also related to this...When west patrol (the active talk group I am working with) pops up on the top part of the program and I watch it move through the frequencies, the frequency it is currently using lights up light green (the same color as the TG). All the other frequencies are white or red for the Control Channel and they don't change colors as the other TGs move through them?

The green indicates the currently monitored channel. For some reason, the command to tune your radio to that channel isn't getting through to the radio.

The bug here is that the Receivers panel fails to display your current settings when first started. It will allow you to set them and once set will continue to correctly display them.

I've already fixed this and the MPT bug ... I'll put a release out over the weekend.
