Turn around time

I just sent my BCD996T in for repairs to Uniden. For those who have had to do it in the past, how long does Uniden normally take to fix the unit and get it back to you.

Had to send in a 396 twice (labels rubbing off keys, airband reception gone) and a BCT-15 (stuck speaker jack-which is due back to me on Friday).
Has taken about 3 weeks for each.

Key board would not operate--"turn time" around also three weeks.
