All the VA medical centers have federal police officers. If you frequent there you can get an idea by seeing what antenna are on their portables. Some are VHF Federal (162-174) and some are UHF Federal (406-420).

Some do use local trunk systems however in certain areas.

according to the most recent FOIA release from the NTIA, that VAMC is VHF

I have not looked to see what/if the RRDB has, but spend sometime time searching 162-174
likely you will find them Analog [PL or DPL] for Maint, etc and P25 for the PD

Post back here, what you find

of the potential targets to enter, but you are still best to SEARCH as there are plenty that were not released

From what I have stored:

163.2375 NAC 293 - Police (sometimes encrypted)
169.5875 NAC 293 - Maintenance
164.0625 NAC 293 - Talk-Around (shared by Police and Maintenance)

I seldom hear traffic, but the Police frequency is most common. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a talkgroup on the AIRS system.
