Hello all.

Could someone in this forum please point me to a tutorial on programming the 996XT for the London Ontario area? I am using Butel ARC-XT PRO.

I have the same scanner and software i can Help you
First i would read the manual that came with it its quite Helpful
If you want to program the EDACS you have to remeber to Put in the LCN numbers beside the Site Frequency's Or it will not work

I can help you out with a FreeScan file if you like, but I don't have the Butel software.
