I was in Waterford New York at a high point and as I was scanning through the aircraft band I picked up a few channels around 131-135 Mhz that was broadcasting something.
It sounded sorta like Disney Channel or some radio station broadcasts. It was almost like FM TV the way it was coming through and the talk. I ignored it then kept scanning and came upon a few channels with other broadcasts on it like this, mostly TV like when your listening to 87.7 on CBS 6 locally here.

What you heard is usually the result of cable TV leakage. Some cable TV channels reside in the area of VHF air band frequencies, and cable companies are required to keep such leakage in check, as it can and does cause interference to aircraft and air traffic control.

If you are in close range of a TV xmitter it is possable to pick the audio carry freq.
I know that its possable because when I get to work I can pick up channel 7 audio Freq. on my pro 97.
