Anyone here have one or two of those old red-on-yellow TWISTER! pamphlets from the late 70's/early 80's they'd be willing to part with? The ones put out by the Ohio Department of Emergency Management or Public Safety that they used to hand out in school?
If so, please PM me... I'm doing a little research into why it was thought back then that certain settings and tunings of a TV could help detect a tornado, and I remember that they had the "procedure" there. I used to have a mess of them, but I must've thrown them away... I'm looking for copies to use as examples.
Thanks a bunch!
Mods: this pamphlet was particular to Ohio, but if you think this is better in the storm chasing/spotting forum, feel free to move...
