Twitter "bot" / auto tweet for specific ADSB traffic?

Hey Folks

Does anyone know how to program a script/code to set up Twitter to automatically send a tweet when a specific tail number or aircraft type is airborne nearby ?

Similar to the famous "ElonJet" twitter but I can't see anywhere on the internet the code to program this
