According to the RR database, the city of West Palm Beach P25 system, and the City of Coral Gables P25 system both have a system ID of 00A. Is this an error? They are separate systems that don't cover the same area.

Seeing numerous single site Harris systems lately using SYSID 10.... some even using RFSS and SiteID's of 10 as well....
Motorola tends to use BEE00 for their WACNs and Harris seems to use something that mostly follows the Project 25 algorithm previously posted along with a SYSID of 10.
I suspect only by monitoring it.... other than frequencies, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of standards being followed (outside of the inherent P25 protocols).
Just like most Motorola WACN ID"s are usually BEE00, Harris likes to use 00A for their system ID's. Just do a search on RR for System ID 00A and there will be dozens! But do a System ID search for 1F25 (Broward) or 813A (Palm Beach) and there will only be 1...
