Two Inmates Escape from Longview

Longview, TX---Two inmates were discovered missing about noon Tuesday from the Greg County maximum security jail. Facility is on lock down. US Marshalls and Texas Rangers called in.

Longview, TX--Authorities have confirmed that one of the escapees, Bruce Kelly, has been captured near East Texas Regional Airport in Longview. The other escapee is still at large and believed to be armed and dangerous

Both subjects in custody once again. After Kelly was caught, police and US Marshalls set up a perimeter with check points as swat teams and blood hounds worked the area. After a car chase that went through two counties and a successful deployment of spike strips, the vehicle came to a stop in front of East Texas Regional Airport and taken into custody.
