Two New 800 MHZ Signals

Hello everyone,

I had some time to take a look at 800 MHZ in the Ottawa area and found two new transmitters sending out a tone every ten seconds.
I assume these are in a test mode of some sort.

863.0625

I see that they are licensed to Christie and Walther and located atop The Crosswinds.

That is essentially the end of Moto system 462f. The two VCs are in failsoft mode. For a while there
was only one user, a shuttle operation, on 1 35-1. The CC on 861.0625 went down several weeks ago.
All other sites went silent within the last year or so.
