No adjacent sites for either. Both received inside with a stock antenna on a 396XT in central Loudoun. The 06FB system is a little stronger.

06FB - One of those frequencies is in use by the Holocaust Museum for the DMR system. Judging by the traffic you heard so far, what if it is a larger networked museum system? Just trying to figure out where it's coming from. Can pick it up pretty well in Montgomery.

Today I logged TG 1035 and 1099 on 06FB. All encrypted though. The minimal 1031 chatter sounded like crap, like an LSM system.

Once things go back to normal there should be more activity.

I haven't been logging for longer than a couple hours a second so I am only catching affiliations/checks etc.

The 6FB frequencies are typically DOD and DOE allocations. Granted anything goes in the DC area.

On the move today on Rt28, I had a strong signal on 6FB from Dulles all the way home except for a dead spot around Goose Creek.
No signal on 9F9 near Dulles. Only once I was westbound on Rt7 did I get anything. It wavered between 2 and 5 bars on my 396XT.
9F9 could be the NIH Poolesville site since there is no other sign of the orginal Poolesville site
