I have programed my RS Pro-95. I have a list of all trunked frequencies and TGID's. I hear everyone just fine except the South Carolina Highway Patrol. I have triple checked the TGID for them and still nothing. Any Idea's?

Also in the frequency list for Florence County South Carolina (and I guess any other county and state list) it shows a column with the heading HEX. Can someone explain what that is and how it might relate to programing?

Thanks a lot guys, I am new hear and I see a lot of valuable information.

Thanks, David

Unless your job is to program Motorola Trunking Radios, don't worry about HEX. They are used only for radio programming. Sorry I can't help with your real problem.

It is possible that they have a talkgroup on the trunked system but are not currently using it. There are a few agencies where I live that are like that. They've had talkgroup assignments for quite some time but they're still using VHF-LOW 42mhz simplex or vhf-hi 155mhz.
