just heard this morning that TXDOT is driving 5 gals of gas out per vehicle that has been broken down on the I-10 shoulder in advance of Rita.
unfortunately, it's taking them time to get to the stranded vehicles and back, due to heavy traffic.
could this get any weirder? yes.
the local grocery store chain has no bottled water left on the shelves.
