TXU Electric on 936.4625 (not sure of system type)

I found my local utilities company (TXU) is using 936.4625 which sounds like a control channel, however I haven't been able to find out any more information about their system. 936.4625 sounds like a control channel when I scan to it, but I've tried adding it as a couple different types of systems, yet all I hear is the control channel.

Is there anyway to find out what type of system they're using and how to program it?

It is an EDACS narrowband system.

As a donating member, you can search for an "Identified Frequency" by state on the first page when you go to the Database. See the second query in the first ("Search for Radio Data") block of queries. When I plugged yours in, TXU came up as the fourth TRS.
