I am programming east and northeast TXWARN sites in on SDS-100 Sentinel software, Software is updated, scanner is updated. I AM NOT using the web import.

When I manually input the frequencies for Tyler Simulcast and Longview (These are the last two sites left to write) I hot save and get errored, all I can do at this point is force close the program and reopen it. Of the Tyler Simulcast I have the first 4 frequencies that will save, after that no Bueno. None of the Longview frequencies will save either.

So I get the death box, then click close, it goes to a second box and clicking more info, the program error says some BS about band plan mismatch. Now, I do not have band plans even written in. I have 17 other sites written and saved fine, What is this software's issue with Tyler Simulcast?

Are you 'cutting & pasting' from the system's database page? Or entering everything manually?

Both, was copy/paste which worked fine for most of the system but then switched to direct key entry (number pad) and even that errored me.

Well its fixed. I had to physically enter the band plan first. Then typing the frequencies in saved on save. I do not understand why it forced me to do this on Tyler Simulcast and Longview only. None of the other sites I have in made me write the band plan first. Maybe one of you more experienced folk can shed some light on this. It is solved though.
