Txwarn p25 system question

I have noticed on the TXWARN P25 radio system that the talk groups highlighted in blue can be monitored when you click on them , however in the archive section i have trouble with some of the calls not playing even though it shows records for that date and time like just going back a day or so. I do have broadcastify premium subscription and radioreference as well. Not sure why some of the previous records won't play. Anybody know why ?
