TXWARN question

i live in north central Galveston county my question is..on what TXWARN
towers can i monitor union Pacific and BNSF police Dept ID's ?
or has anyone out there ever heard any thing on the ID's listed on the
TXWARN system for the Railroad police ?

While they have talkgroups on TxWARN I have not heard them. My guess is they use cell phone or talk on the railroad frequencies. I would monitor the simulcast sites for Harris and Galveston County.
