PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Sept 29, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Tyco Electronics Ltd. has completed the previously announced sale of its Radio Frequency Components and Subsystem business, which was formerly part of the company's Wireless Systems segment. The business, which designs and manufactures RF components and subsystems for the aerospace, defense and commercial markets, was sold to Cobham Defense Systems Division, a subsidiary of Cobham plc.

Now with a little luck they can find a sucker, I mean buyer for their MA-Comm non working radio systems and dump the sky is falling problems on someone else.

You do know the divisions they sold have very little to do with the radio systems?

No, it's all part of their crap.

Tyco Toys International Boca Raton. The actually do want to sell off the radio div. This comes from an inside employee.


Then why was it not announced several months back when they announced the corporate break-up that this news is nothing more then one stage of.

Check out the business press, this announcement is no surprise to anyone.
