SDS150: u/aware with sds150

I tried using u/aware today in my car with car play etc it worked but I couldnt find how to raise the volume. The radio volume didnt work nor did the car volume some transmissions were so quiet I couldn't hear it

I had the same problem with u/Aware on my android. Here is Uniden's answer to my support ticket:
Good afternoon. The audio coming from the scanner can be adjusted via the App by pressing the "ROT" key, down in the bottom right corner, followed by rotating the dial at the bottom middle of the device. (See photo below).
