Can someone tell me what the purpose of this channel is. Freq is 460.2 and seems to be just another channel for dispatch,

I think of it as a community of agencies gone to Logan county to help with the fires by Guthrie. They are also heard on OKC Core simulcast Layer -Regional Mutual Aid. They also help with other natural disasters like the Moore tornado last year and anything else of significance.

It seems all I ever hear on it is a dispatcher putting out certain calls with no reply expected. Like for a voice pager or something.

Everytime I load HDSDR to listen to non trunked systems I monitor the 460-461mhz range and most of the time I don't hear much out of them. I don't know what's going on 460.200 myself. Just going by what RR DB tells us. Usually, Oklahoma County Detention Center, and Oklahoma County Sheriff has the most traffic.
