U.S. 93 or Future I-11 Junction w/I-40

I think I've seen it on RR that construction has started on the interchange of U.S. 93 (Future I-11) and I-40. Does anyone know anything about this? I've looked at the latest Google Earth imagery and I don't see any excavation showing. I assume that I-11 will join I-40 somewhere near the north U.S. 93 junction, follow I-40 to the south U.S. 93 junction. I don't think a new section of I-11 is going to be built south of Kingman. That would not make sense. Any Kingman residents out there that can provide some information?

How does this have anything to do with the Radio part of Radio Reference?

Unless there's a radio aspect to this thread, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with RadioReference.
