Does anyone have any info on what the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers might be using at the Meldahl locks and dams near Felicity, OH (Clermont county)?
I know they use regular marine frequency's to communicate to vessels, but on my last ride out their I saw them using some type of radios and it sparked my curiosity.

Search between 165 and 168 MHz. Most Army Corp of Engineers frequencies I've seen have been in the 166 and 167 range, and while it's possible they're elsewhere in the VHF federal range, I would start with the 165-168 range.
