Ok so it seems that it is referring to US Coast Guard Auxiliary, 1st District-SR, Division 12, Flotilla 12-07, Air Sta. Republic, E. Farmingdale, NY

They also have another at Islip Mac Arthur Welcome to the Flotilla 1-6, District 1SR Web Site

Not sure of the ownership of the Repeaters in the AUX, flotilla vs District, but I would venture the repeaters are DISTRICT vs individual flotillas.

See if they do Net's. Here in New England they do WED Evenings and Sunday Mornings on the various repeaters (3-4 of them)

Yes, they are controlled by the District. They use the same repeater inputs/outputs, but change the input PL tone to access the different repeater sites. Repeater output coverage areas overlap from one to the other.
