UASD - Pinellas, Hillsborough

Has anyone seen UASD files for Hillsborough or Pinellas? My 396t should be in my hands by Thursday and I'd like to momentarily skip learning how to program it.

Alternatively, is there a script that converts the county RR pages to the specific file needed?

So, yes, any help would be greatly appreciated.
