UBC3500XLT and bcTool troubles

Hi all

Don't know how I lost touch with the group but here I am back.
Any news on Rob, not been able to get in touch for ages?

I have just upgraded my Win XP system to a nice new Win 7.
Got bcTool installed 1.2.0.554 and working.
However when I tried to upload to my 3500 the scanner when blank and progress of the upload stopped.
Had to take out the batteries, crash shut bcTool and do the reset on the 3500.
Found I could upload very small systems, anything more I got the issue.

Tried my old laptop and uploaded without issues.

My BCT15 had no issues.

Please can someone advise?
