Is the UBC3500XLT scanner, which is sold in the UK an upgrade to the BCD396T? Which scanner is newer?
It seems like the 3500XLT has all the features I would want, including the CC DND and temporary lockout, which the 396T doesn't have.
Has anyone heard of a newer Uniden handheld scanner that will be released in the US soon that has these features?
