UBCT8 or UBCT9 Trunking file

Hi all,

Does anyone have a programming file for the above scanners. I am having trouble getting them to scan the NSW GRN. I just need a file that is set up and then I can modify it to the talk groups freqs and offsets etc that I will be needing.

I am extremely new to trunked radio scanning and any help would be great.

Hello Nigel,

You may get the answer you are looking for by posting in the Australian forum here on RR which is in the International section at the bottom of the forum listings. (Can moderator please move??)

Alternatively, join up at http://www.aurfscan.com/ and post in the forums there- as they can be very helpful.

Unfortunately I am in Melbourne and have no experience with the NSW GRN.

As it is a 400Mhz UHF system- you will no doubt need the base and offset frequencies for each site you are trying to program.

i do have the freqs and offsets etc but I think I am programming it incorrectly as it isnt working properly. Just after a file to confirm.
