Hi all

I have a Xeigu G90 with DE-19 adapter with the cables connected correctly to a Laptop running Ubuntu with FLrig and WSJT-X installed

As it stands we can decode FT8 however when the system goes to transmit, the radio does not action this process.

We tested the radio on another laptop which was known to be working with another G90 setup and the same thing happened. Im wondering
the best way to fault find the system to isolate the cause of the problem.

Firmware Edition is 1.81 on both the Base and Head Unit

Current setup
- ACC Cable is connected to the rear of the radio
- CIV/Com Cable connected on the side of the detachable head at the bottom left
- USB cable connected from DE-19 to the USB port on the laptop

FLrig is setup for a IC-7200 which gives full control to the G90 unit.
We tried under Xeigu G90 and IC-7100 and this failed to connect or
locked the G90 unit in transmit mode and would not perform any other
commands.

WSJT-X is set to FLrig

I am thinking of testing the setup on a Windows system to isolate if this is a Ubuntu related problem

I have watched various Youtube Videos and also read countless tutorials with no success at this stage, any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all.

After some tweaking the system is up and running with Ubuntu, GE-19 and the G90. Other than a few settings it came down to
the sequence of connecting things and turning the laptop on
