UCA - UT Co Simo - TG 45888

I'm hearing activity on an unidentified TG 45888 on the UCA UT Co Simo. Sounds like some kind of road construction traffic control, here is some traffic I've heard:

"After this car, you're good to send 'em."
"Here they come"
"I got a few trucks coming, I'm going to send them through."
"I'm sending them through."
"After that Chevy with the trailer, you're good."

Maybe a UDOT TG?

I heard it on the Utah County Simulcast site of the UCA system. I don't know where they were geographically.

I have it as Springville Affiliate, Maybe Public works.?

What's the process for updating the DB to reflect the correct TG description?
