UCT Time Beacon 25.000MHz

picking up a universal time coordinated beacon on 25.000 currently, with an occasional weather advisory, will attach a recording once i download it. can anybody ID?

Further info. Started 4/4/2014 running 1000 watts. It is experimental and subject to interruptions. Carries the same info as all other WWV frequencies. Station ID's on the hour and half hour.

yeah, 12m and 10m have been open great all week with solar flux hitting 181 and sunspot number hitting 201and WWV at 25Mhz has been really loud...it has been a welcome addition back on the bands...and a good MUF beacon....

Strange signal alongside the WWV 25MHz broadcast - a single unmodulated carrier about the same level as WWV but 300Hz higher - not from WWV as it does not fade. Disconnect antenna makes it disappear and turning off all other receivers makes no difference. I'll investigate further. Both WWV and WWVH, S0 just above the noise but readable, 1700local/0600UTC.
