Other than what I told you before, you should check the antenna length. If they on the LTR system, it will be either 6" or a 13" with a coil in the middle. Here, they operate on both LTR and low band, so you are likely to see a long 5-10' whip. Once you know this, we can look at other freq's, but my friend in LC is very knowledgeable, so I doubt there are any other freq's.
Okay but the only reason i am asking this is because when dispatch anounces calls, they are always in scranton, wilkes barre, naticoke, ashley, etc, I've only heard 1 or 2 in Williamsport.

I've passed on your question to my friend. In my area (Luzerne Cty), most of the traffic is on one channel, but they do have another one on the LTR. I gather you don't have a trunking scanner. It is also quite possible that the LTR computer is switching the traffic to another channel if the LCN 03 is busy. If that is happening, you will miss a lot of calls without a trunking scanner. It still does not explain why so many are for Luzerne/Lackawanna County. You may have to program all the channels in the system. If my friend has no further info, I'll give you all the channels to try, but you will go crazy with all the garbage trucks, taxi's, etc
