Are there any UHF NOAA weather frequencies? I’m not talking about HAM/Skywarn frequencies. Thank you in advance!

No.
There are in some locations, UHF office to transmitter links. They are usually low power point to point links using directional antennas. If you are in an area that uses those, and you are located close to the path between the office and the transmitter, you can sometimes receive it.
But, there are no UHF broadcasts like on the 162.xxx side.
