Driving through Belmont County, Ohio and I'm getting a P25 CC on 453.450 NAC 171

Didn't see anything in the DB, it's a full bar signal.

Closest UHF P25 I know of would be this:
West Virginia Statewide Interoperability Radio Network (SIRN) Trunking System, Statewide, West Virginia - Scanner Frequencies And your WACN matches up BEE00 170, though your logging of sites is not an exact matchup.. So there may have been changes to the setup of the SIRN....

That's definitely the Moundsville site of WVSIRN (ex-WVIRP). If you look in the WVSIRN database listing [the WVSIRN system is statewide in WV] you'll see what the various talkgroups are.

Yep...Sounds like a match.

Heard a lot of WV license plates being run through LEIN.

And you now have the SITE NAC! :) Though you may have already had it for that one.. I know there are a lot still unfound.
