Does UK med center security have their own dispatch or?? i am looking to transfer to UK security but would like to know a bit more about how they work their radio side of things.
dispatch for UK Med Center Security is handled by UK PD. It used to be done locally at the hospital until a few years ago when hospital security was absorbed by UK PD management.
