Uknown Systems in FL

Good afternoon,
I have noticed 5 mints ago there are a few unknown systems are listed scroll to the bottom.

FP&L site 27 shows 936.225c. I did a Freq search its either putnam or monroe. I know it is not Putnam since I did putnam system sites back in 2018 or 2019. Is it possible Monroe County for site 27?

It appears that the Flamingo site in Monroe County is already listed in the DB and has been designated as Site 1, as well lists 936.2250 as a control channel. So, Site 27 is still a mystery.
