For those familiar with the ULS Bulk Data files, I'm trying to find the table that contains transactional history information associated with changes/updates to licenses. This data appears in the "trans log" tab of the ULS web interface, and includes narrative descriptions of changes/modifications such as the addition of an emission designator or frequency. It seems like this data should be in the "Application Detail" table (dbo.PUBACC_AD). However, it's not. Does anyone know if the FCC is currently publishing a table with this info available for download?
