Here in Hermiston for the day and trying to figure out the local trunk system. I called around and no one has the talk groups. Anyway, I loaded up the freqs, went to the instructions on programming MOT UHF system with spacing, offset , base etc. Stll cannot get the radio to trunk properly. It displays a 5 digit tg in the open mode and I saved a few but the freq shows something like 454.5875 instead of 460.1 etc, but does not open the audio, any ideas? I got the instructions off the cableone site which has worked in the past.

You didn't mention what scanner you are using. I know the systems ettings in the database work fine on my 396T.
If you are using a PRO-96 scanner, don't forget to select the "Multi Table" setting. The base and offsets you enter wil only work if you do that. While in the trunked program mode (PGM + TRUNK) hit FUNC + 3 and select MULTI TABLE by using the up or down arrow keys.

Yes, the 6.25 KHz spacing is correct.
Like I said, it works fine on the 396T, but I haven't tried it on a Radio Shack model...
