Hi. Trying to connect to RR to download DB data via Unication and Proscan software. Getting connection errors on both programs, with or without a VPN, on two different ISP's. Anyone else having similar issues?

Try clearing the Windows DNS cache: ipconfig /flushdns
If you ping api.radioreference.com it should resolve to 13.35.93.59
