Unable to connect to RR via third party software. Server issues?

Hi. Trying to connect to RR to download DB data via Unication and Proscan software. Getting connection errors on both programs, with or without a VPN, on two different ISP's. Anyone else having similar issues?

Reboot the computer. If that doesn't work then reboot the router.

Just checked again with ProScan. No issues, up to date listings. I know because I just added the 3rd TG to the Maritime category a little while ago. 🤷‍♂️

Rebooted. Nada. Must be something going on with my ISP at the moment.

If it's a ISP issue, how do you explain it not working with a VPN?

Try clearing the Windows DNS cache: ipconfig /flushdns

If you ping api.radioreference.com it should resolve to 13.35.93.59

No idea, I don't pretend to be the smartest guy in the room. That's why I'm asking here. I'll try it and advise.

Either way, it should resolve to a valid IP. They may rotate for load balancing.

Pings were timing out. Back in business after flushdns.
