unable to connect to socket via oddcast

Good morning admin of radioreferenece. I have been a feed provider for a long time brodcasting,San Bernardino system 1- Sherriff and Fire here in California for a while. I was just wondering if there is a problem with brodcastify or oddcast my feed will not start up ,I keep getting unable to connect to socket--,,the other day it was only at 2mbps per second ..
