Unable to disable New trans in each row

I usually run pro scan with the “each trans in a new row” box disabled because it misses fewer transmissions and doesn’t drop the first 1-1.5 seconds of audio off. The agencies I listen to don’t have much traffic so it I have no trouble finding what I want. But occasionally I check that box. A few days later I disabled it but it keeps on putting each new transmission in a new row. Rebooted the computer and the scanner (536) but it’s still not cooperating.

Any ideas.

PS I was playing around with making some new folders after seeing a post about that, but it didn’t work out so I went back to the stock folder config.

If the "Each Transmission New Row" option is not checked and a transmission appears in a new row, it could be due to the TGID is different or the "Grid Auto Delete" option is set to 1 or 2 days.

If the first 1-1/2 seconds are cutoff, try setting the Recording Prepend Buffer to 2 seconds and see what happens.

i fixed the problem.
1. changed custom folders back to factory settings. i had added folders for another scanner and some other options. not sure how to use that feature yet.
2. changed to "Display UID from scanner only-do not use lookup file" from the "using the lookup file"
3. Grid auto delete is 30 days for logging.
4. grid delete for recordings is off.
