Unable to download PDF's from the Database

I am unable to download PDF's from the Database. Did something get corrupted, or reset? I've made three paid contributions to the site in recent months.

It's working now. Previously I was only logged into the Forums. When I tried to capture a PDF, it said I had to be a paying member. When I logged into my account, to check things, it looked ok. I tried it again, and it's working now. I don't recall having to do that before, as I often just log into the Forums. Sorry, my bad!
